Places in the Sun Limited* shall be entitled to reproduce whole or in part, of any photographic and imagery material supplied and claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he/she is the owner of the photographic material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has authority from the copyright owner to grant Places in the Sun Limited* permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies Places in the Sun Limited* against any action brought by breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser. Advertisers are responsible for keeping their property availability accurate and up-to-date. The availability calendar can be maintained via your online password protected administration area.

Places in the Sun Limited* treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.

A property advertisement on Places in the Sun Limited* pertains to one holiday unit, not multiple units, nor example of properties in a certain region. Only one unit should be represented in an advertisement unless the prior permission has been given to the advertiser. Places in the Sun Limited* reserve the right to amend any property adverts not adhering to this policy.

If Places in the Sun Limited* receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific property page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the page(s) without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Places in the Sun Limited* reserves the right to remove the associated property page(s) from the web site and again full payment will be retained. Places in the Sun Limited* reserves the right to remove any property page from its web site that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have their property page removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the "contact us" page, quoting their owner ID, home number and password. No refunds will be given.

Places in the Sun Limited* reserves the right to remove links from adverts to external websites which either do not conform to the guidelines provided, or the team feel are not appropriate, or act against the interests of the company or it's advertisers. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with Places in the Sun Limited*. Should an advertiser add a link without consent, re-add a link after its removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising without refund.

Payment for advertising m be in British Pounds by major credit and debit cards, or a cheque on a UK bank in British Pounds. Payment by credit or debit card will be processed either online or by telephone** by our online card payment provider Lloyds TSB. Should an advertiser not have the ability to make payment by card, a cheque should be sent to: Places in the Sun Limited*, Armstrong House, First Avenue, Finningley Business Park, Doncaster DN9 3GA, UK. (Make cheques payable to: Places in the Sun Limited*) In the case of cheque payments advertisers should ensure that a cheque is sent, to arrive with us no later than 10 working days from the date of registration of a property. Places in the Sun Limited* reserve the right to withhold or remove property advertisements should payment not be received within this timeframe.

Places in the Sun Limited* provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a "cooling off period" of five working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to admin@placesinthesun.net, or by use of the "contact us" form on the site (stating the owner ID, property reference number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee and notification by email.

Places in the Sun Limited*, reserves the right to change the rates, terms and conditions without notice. Rate changes will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal of their listing for existing advertisers.
